Opportunity for continuous improvement and failure analysis **Position: Junior Mechanical Maintenance Technician** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour break). **Salary:** To be negotiated (please indicate salary expectations). **Benefits:** Transportation allowance + Meal allowance of R$ 24.20\. **Requirements:** Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Industrial Mechanical Maintenance Technician. Essential knowledge of eccentric presses. **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities. Support production lines by diagnosing and resolving failures in pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, ensuring equipment availability and reliability. Execute maintenance tasks according to established plans and checklists, record activities in the maintenance management system, and interpret pneumatic and hydraulic schematics. Support the Maintenance Supervisor in continuously improving maintenance plans, contribute to quality and productivity improvement initiatives, repair parts and components using welding and machine tools, conduct root cause analysis of failures, and provide technical guidance to other team members when required. **Desired Knowledge:** Maintenance management software, operation of machine tools (lathe, milling machine, grinder, etc.), and industrial welding.
