




**Stanley Electric do Brasil** **Who We Are** Operating in the automotive equipment, electronic components, and applications segments, Stanley Electric continuously contributes to building a more efficient daily life and a safer future through innovation in lighting technology. **Responsibilities:** Provide support to the Assembly area through mechanical, electronic, and parameter adjustments on assembly machines, thermal/vibration welding, adhesive/glue application, and any other tasks requiring engineering support. Prepare process documentation such as work instructions, device checklists, schedules, and any other documents involving the Engineering area. Assist in preparing documents such as defect/failure action plans, capability studies, root cause analysis, and production problem resolution. Manage the area's management system control through related documents and forms. Demonstrate analytical skills to solve problems aimed at improving product quality, reducing line downtime, and enhancing assembly line performance. Assist in the development, construction, and installation of devices/equipment for new projects and production lines. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. Availability to work in the **2nd or 3rd shift** (Monday to Friday). Intermediate English proficiency **Desirable:** Experience in electrical installation/maintenance.
