LigaJobs is exclusively supporting a well-established and prominent Technical Consulting firm, specialized in Engineering and Portfolio & Project Management, in hiring a **Junior Construction Planning Technician or Engineer**. The position focuses on construction planning management, offering career development opportunities in a technical, dynamic, and challenging environment. You will be trained to serve as the responsible party for planning and controlling greenfield, brownfield, and grayfield industrial and logistics center construction projects, acting as a strategic liaison between the client’s internal engineering team (one of Brazil’s most famous and beloved beverage brands) and the suppliers of assigned projects. **After training, your responsibilities will include:** * Analyze civil and electromechanical construction project drawings and specifications provided by the client, understanding scope, technical characteristics, and specific requirements. * Participate in initial meetings with the client’s engineering team to clarify doubts and define procurement strategies. * Attend project kickoff meetings with suppliers to establish the planning control methodology to be followed throughout the project. * Review schedules submitted by each supplier, issue recommendations, request adjustments, and consolidate feedback before forwarding to the client. * Integrate and consolidate all suppliers’ plans into a master physical schedule. * Monitor schedule progress weekly, analyzing advancement reports from suppliers and assessing impacts on other project phases. * Update the master physical schedule and prepare weekly status reports containing concise and objective information, including critical analysis of progress. * Attend meetings with clients and suppliers to discuss status, progress, and potential delays, supporting corrective action plans. * Conduct site visits during critical project phases to monitor on-site execution and align information with site inspectors and local teams. **Prerequisites:** * Technical qualification in Building Construction or undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering (in progress or completed) * Experience in planning, design, or control of large-scale and/or complex construction projects * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel is a plus) * Familiarity with MS Project is desirable * Interest in building a career in project management and construction planning **Employment Conditions:** * Employment model: PJ (13 invoices per year) * Market-competitive remuneration * Benefits: VR (meal voucher) and Gympass * Work location: Vila Olímpia – São Paulo – SP * Working hours: On-site, Monday to Friday, business hours Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Desired Qualifications: * Building Construction, Technical Course * Civil Engineering, Higher Education * Gympass * Meal voucher
