Strategic interface with Procurement, Production, and Logistics We seek an **Inventory Supervisor** with strong expertise in management, accuracy, and inventory control; analytical profile and proactive stance to support Procurement, Production, and Logistics. Industrial environment experience is required. SAP Business One experience is a significant advantage. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform comprehensive inventory management (raw materials, components, work-in-progress, and finished goods). Operate SAP Business One. * Use SAP Business One at an advanced level to execute and monitor: inbound and outbound movements, inter-warehouse transfers, adjustments and inventories, batch and/or serial number tracking; * Ensure physical inventory accuracy versus system records by analyzing and correcting discrepancies. * Plan, execute, and monitor cyclic and general inventories, ensuring compliance and traceability. * Analyze inventory turnover, coverage, obsolescence, and stockouts, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Support Procurement and Production with reliable data on balances, consumption, and material requirements. * Develop and monitor KPIs such as: Accuracy, turnover, coverage, and stockouts. * Act proactively to prevent: material shortages, excess inventory, and unnecessary purchases. * Maintain direct interface with Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Finance. **Requirements** * Solid experience in inventory control and management, including leadership/supervisory roles. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (controls, analyses, and KPIs). * Experience working in industrial companies. * Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * SAP Business One: significant advantage.
