Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing quotations, tracking budgets, interacting with finance and after-sales departments, and drafting sales proposals. Key Highlights: 1. Interaction with various departments to support customers 2. Preparation of sales proposals and quotation follow-up 3. Support in credit analysis and approval, as well as after-sales **Education Requirements:** Currently pursuing a technical or undergraduate degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation Engineering. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare quotations according to customer requests. * Request assistance from specialists for product specifications. * Monitor the progress of requested budgets. * Interact with the finance department to approve credit via the internal system Connect. * Request credit analysis and approval for customers from the finance department. * Contact Customer Care to verify after-sales status. * Draft sales proposals. * Access portfolio portals as defined by the Supervisor. * Check product prices with manufacturers. * Follow up on quotations with manufacturers and customers. * Open internal system tickets for product registration. * Request the responsible department to invoice products. * Open internal system tickets for urgent product purchase requests. * Perform other tasks as requested to support the department's needs and ensure fulfillment of work requirements.
