Installation Projects Supervisor

You will be part of the **Projects** team. **Responsibilities and duties** * Technically lead multidisciplinary teams for complementary projects, such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection; * Coordinate and monitor the development of construction drawings, schematic designs, and preliminary studies; * Conduct critical interdisciplinary analysis and coordination; * Provide technical support to specialists and designers in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines; * Ensure technical standardization and quality of deliverables; * Participate in technical meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal teams; * Support the definition of technical assumptions, execution solutions, and implementation strategies; * Monitor project schedules and prioritize tasks; * Validate technical documentation and BIM/Revit models; * Support the technical development of the team. **Requirements and qualifications** * Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering; * Experience in coordinating or supervising complementary projects; * Multidisciplinary knowledge of building services; * Experience in multidisciplinary coordination of projects using BIM; * Proficiency in Revit/BIM is mandatory; * Knowledge of applicable ABNT technical standards; * Experience in corporate, commercial, or retail building projects; * Strong communication skills and leadership profile. **Preferred qualifications** ---------------- * Experience managing technical teams; * Experience working at construction companies, project management firms, or engineering consultancies; * Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC); * Knowledge of construction execution processes. **Additional information** Swile Card \- Flexible Benefit Total Pass Birthday Day Off Hybrid work model Equipment required to perform your job Partnerships with Educational Institutions At Grupo Método, we strive to foster an inclusive culture.
