Job Summary: Equipment Inspector (Vibration Analysis) responsible for collecting vibration data, performing predictive inspections, and identifying anomalies in rotating equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Support in failure analysis and maintenance decision-making **Position: Equipment Inspector (Vibration Analysis)** **Main Responsibilities:** * Collect vibration data on rotating equipment (motors, pumps, gearboxes, fans, etc.); * Perform predictive inspection routes according to established plans; * Apply mechanical knowledge to evaluate equipment condition; * Identify anomalies such as misalignment, imbalance, looseness, and mechanical wear; * Ensure proper use of measurement instruments and data collection quality; * Record information in monitoring systems and prepare technical reports; * Support the maintenance team in failure analysis and decision-making; * Maintain organization, safety, and preservation of instruments and tools. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields; * Knowledge of mechanics applied to rotating equipment; * Experience in vibration data collection or predictive inspection; * Basic understanding of vibration analysis; Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
