Job Summary: This position aims to assist in operations, perform equipment maintenance, and support the mechanical team, adhering to safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain order and discipline within the department This role focuses on assisting in mill operations, implementing 5S in the department, and supporting mechanics in their duties. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in mill operations; * Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment exhibiting defects during operation and during the off-season; * Comply with company safety regulations, using required personal protective equipment for each activity and performing tasks safely according to ITS (Internal Technical Standards) and implemented safety tools; * Maintain order and discipline within the department in alignment with company objectives; * Apply 5S principles across all company areas; * Perform other related tasks as determined by the organization and under the guidance of the immediate supervisor; * Work in accordance with technical and quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation standards and procedures; * Clean industrial facilities and equipment; * Support the milling mechanic in their duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Reside in the Vista Alegre do Alto/SP region; * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Company-provided shuttle bus * On-site cafeteria We are proud to say that we are large because our nature is to look toward the future—over five decades strong.
