Job Summary: HVAC Technical Drafter responsible for developing HVAC and mechanical ventilation projects for the healthcare sector. Key Highlights: 1. It provides tools to optimize human resources and organizational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Develop HVAC and mechanical ventilation projects for the healthcare sector. Perform 3D modeling of ducts and piping in Revit MEP. Prepare technical drawings and floor plans in AutoCAD 2D. Support equipment layout definition, including AHUs and chillers. Collaborate on project coordination with other disciplines (architecture and electrical). Participate in all project phases under engineering team supervision. Previous experience as a Project Drafter, Mechanical Drafter, HVAC Systems Designer, or HVAC Project Engineer may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position.
