Supervise, plan, and monitor agricultural maintenance activities and ensure the performance conditions of vehicles, machinery, and agricultural implements to meet production targets with quality and pre\-established costs. Perform tasks in accordance with company standards, complying with safety and quality requirements, thereby increasing fleet efficiency and performance.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
**MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Ensure the work team achieves its goals and objectives safely and efficiently, fulfilling responsibilities and commitments established under the SafeAgri Program—which encompasses Life-Saving Behaviors and Fatal Hazard Protocols—ensuring correct use of tools and effective execution of all required reporting;
* Perform and oversee work execution, ensuring proper use of PPEs/collective protective equipment and full compliance with occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental preservation standards, GED, and technical procedures, identifying and reporting potential nonconformities;
* Coordinate, schedule, and monitor tasks carried out within the department.
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and equipment preservation, as well as ensure appropriate and safe use of equipment in the work area.
* Ensure adherence to the annual budget for the area (expenses and investments), executing scheduled activities considering available resources, avoiding expenditures that could compromise operational efficiency indicators and controls.
* Execute the company\'s pre\-established work plan to achieve departmental and corporate goals, actively participating in and significantly contributing to proposed initiatives.
* Carry out people management routines such as: selection interviews, staff movement, vacation scheduling, monitoring team working hours, performance evaluations, etc., in accordance with internal policies and procedures, as well as training and development of team members, ensuring their capability and continuous, progressive enhancement of required skills and competencies, among other activities;
* Ensure compliance with labor relations guidelines and the Code of Conduct, while promoting and disseminating company management practices and values.
* Understand risks associated with activities and control measures for those risks. Report, control, and eliminate risk sources (hazards) and unsafe behaviors. Combat waste and reduce generation of waste, effluents, and atmospheric emissions.
* Plan and schedule tasks with the Agricultural Maintenance Planning and Control Department for implementation within the assigned operational area;
* Assess and analyze the condition of vehicles, machinery, and agricultural implements, as well as evaluate resources required for maintenance execution;
* Plan logistics for customer service;
* Perform other related duties at the immediate supervisor\'s discretion.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **EXPERIENCE:** Over 5 years
**EDUCATION:** Bachelor\'s degree (Business Administration or Agricultural/Mechanical Engineering).
**PRE\-****REQUISITES (essential):** Driver\'s License Class "B"
**TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (required knowledge):**
Defensive Driving, Basic Computer Skills, People Management, Intermediate Knowledge: Vehicle, Machinery, and Agricultural Implement Maintenance; Field Lubrication and Refueling; Tire Maintenance; and Maintenance Planning and Scheduling.
