Description

Facilitate and expedite the movement of goods inside the store. **Responsibilities and duties** * Retrieve products from shelves, verify the product retrieval location, isolate the movement area, operate the forklift in compliance with safety regulations, remove pallets containing products and move them to the store floor to replenish items on gondolas; * Monitor the forklift's operational status, check fuel and oil levels, inspect mechanical components, identify potential damage and/or technical issues, and promptly inform the immediate supervisor regarding the need for repairs or preventive maintenance to ensure full operational availability for store activities; * Support tasks performed by operators (stock clerks) in the Grocery department by relocating products from the warehouse to appropriate locations (near gondolas), thereby contributing to faster product placement and organization at designated areas; * Provide support for inventory activities (rotational and monthly), separating products at the warehouse according to the established schedule using the forklift to accelerate the execution of required inventory tasks. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Valid driver's license (CNH); * Forklift Operator certification (valid within its expiration period); * Prior experience as a Forklift Operator—preferably in the food retail sector (wholesale, hypermarkets, supermarkets, etc.)—will be considered an advantage. **Additional information** **Work location:** 100% on-site position **Benefits:** * On-site cafeteria * Multi-Benefits Card * Transportation voucher * Medical assistance – optional, available after 90 days of employment. * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Discounts at educational institutions for undergraduate, postgraduate, and extension courses * Roldão Mais: Employees receive discounts at Roldão Atacadista stores, paying wholesale prices * Maternity kit * Corporate University – Roldão Academy: Participation in training programs, with personalized learning paths tailored to each employee.
