**Job Title:** Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

**Location:** RODOVIA REGIS BITTENCOURT, KM 294 \- Potuvera, Itapecerica da Serra/SP \- 06\.882\-700
**Work Model:** 100% on-site
**Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 04:20 AM to 01:00 PM (flexibility and schedule availability required);
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
Coordinate and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for light and heavy vehicle fleets;
Manage the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with safety standards, deadlines, and service quality;
Plan and monitor scheduled maintenance to reduce vehicle downtime and optimize fleet availability;
Manage maintenance management systems (CMMS or similar), ensuring accurate recording of interventions and proper control of technical information;
Control departmental costs, including parts procurement, third-party service contracts, fuel consumption, and overall maintenance budget;
Monitor fleet performance indicators (km/L, availability, cost per km, etc.), proposing continuous process improvements;
Ensure proper coordination between operations and workshop, aligning priorities with operational teams and drivers.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
**Mandatory:**
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Fleet Management, or related fields;
Proven experience in fleet maintenance and leadership of technical teams;
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle and equipment maintenance;
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data control and analysis tools;
Experience with maintenance management systems and workshop routines;
Driver's license category D;
Schedule availability.
**Desirable:**
Postgraduate degree or technical courses in Mechanics, Fleet Management, or related areas;
Previous experience in transportation or logistics companies.
