Job Summary: Fleet and Mobility Analyst to strategically and operationally manage the corporate fleet and provide technical support to leasing and mobility clients. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic and operational involvement in corporate fleet management. 2. Technical support to leasing and mobility clients. 3. Interface with mechanics and management of technical partnerships. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking a **Fleet and Mobility Analyst** to operate strategically and operationally in managing our corporate fleet and providing technical support to leasing and mobility clients. The professional will focus on three main areas: * **After\-Sales and Customer Support** * Serve as the direct point of contact for leasing/sales clients regarding operational support, equipment replacements, and service ticket submissions. * Conduct periodic monitoring of mileage and hour-meter readings for leased motorcycles and e-bikes. * **Maintenance Management and Technical Partnerships:** * Directly interface with internal mechanics’ team to prioritize repairs. * Prospect and manage workshops and technical partners in other cities and states, ensuring prompt local service for clients outside our base. * Request quotations for parts and services with constant focus on cost optimization and quality. * **Internal Fleet Management (Corporate Vehicles):** * Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and checklists for technical and commercial teams’ vehicles. * Track preventive and corrective maintenance, documentation (licensing/IPVA), insurance, traffic fines, and accident claims. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Proven hands-on experience in fleet management, maintenance tracking, automotive service quotations, and/or B2B after\-sales/technical support. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to quickly adapt to ERP management systems. * **Valid Driver’s License:** Category B (Category for motorcycles is a plus) * **Behavioral Profile:** Excellent oral and written communication skills, high level of organization, strong interpersonal skills, dynamism, proactivity, and negotiation aptitude.
