**Job Profile**
**TPF Engenharia** is expanding its Field Inspection team in the **Greater São Paulo/SP** region. Our ideal candidate will serve as a **Field Inspector**, responsible for overseeing and inspecting sanitation construction projects, ensuring technical compliance, execution quality, and adherence to safety regulations throughout all project phases.
**Qualifications**
* Technical education in Building Construction, Sanitation, or Roads; or ongoing/completed undergraduate degree in Civil or Sanitary Engineering
* Proven field experience in inspection or execution of sanitation construction projects, especially linear works and sewer networks
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, topography, and basic Microsoft Office applications
* Valid Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) – Category B, active and in good standing
* Residency in or easy mobility to various locations across Greater São Paulo
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, proactivity, and capacity to work effectively in teams
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Daily supervision and inspection of linear sewer collector network construction and localized sewage pumping station works
* Ensure compliance with technical standards and quality specifications for construction works
* Inspect stages including: trench excavation; shoring; pipe laying; construction of manholes (MHs); backfilling and repaving; concrete pouring; electromechanical equipment installation and related systems
* Monitor and manage interferences with other public utility services at work fronts
* Monitor and enforce compliance with Occupational Safety Regulations (NRs), use of PPEs/collective protective equipment (CPEs), signage, and community communication
* Prepare Daily Construction Reports (RDO)
* Conduct measurements of completed works
* Support physical schedule control of the project
