The Amazon University Center – Unama Ananindeua, located at BR-316 Highway, KM 03 S/N, Coqueiro Neighborhood, Ananindeua – PA, hereby informs all interested parties that applications are open for the selection process aimed at filling vacancies for faculty hiring. **Requirements:** Applicants must possess: a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; and a Doctorate, Master’s, or Specialist title. **Available Programs:** The following programs are open for faculty selection: * MECHANICAL ENGINEERING: INDUSTRIAL INSTALLATIONS AND PROJECTS **Selection Process:** Evaluation of the Lattes Curriculum will serve as an eliminatory stage, considering the following criteria: a) Academic background; b) Scientific, technological, artistic, or cultural production; c) Professional updating; d) Teaching experience. The selection process will further include: I) A written examination on a relevant topic related to the subject matter, comprising one question addressing general knowledge and two questions addressing specific knowledge; II) A didactic-pedagogical evaluation consisting of a 20-minute expository lecture. For this evaluation, candidates will be provided in advance with the specific topics drawn from the course syllabus. Both the didactic-pedagogical examination and the interview will be classified as evaluative stages. Only those who meet the minimum requirements established during the Lattes Curriculum evaluation will proceed to this phase, following the interview.
