We are seeking a professional to act as the responsible party for monitoring third-party contracts, conducting routine inspections of electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, utility, and support equipment installations, identifying failures and improvement opportunities. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct periodic technical inspections of facilities systems and installations, including: electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, utilities, and support equipment (e.g., generators, water coolers, compressors, among others). * Verify compliance with technical standards. * Identify non-conformities, operational risks, and improvement opportunities. * Prepare technical inspection reports. * Monitor the execution of corrective and preventive maintenance, ensuring service quality. * Support failure analysis and propose corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations. * Interact with maintenance teams, suppliers, and service providers. **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.) currently in progress; * Experience in technical inspections of services and supervision of teams.
