Job Summary: Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, diagnosing failures, and ensuring optimal operation for rental. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure equipment functionality and presentation for rental * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. * **Desired academic qualification:** Completed high school * **Describe the main responsibilities and activities of this role:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule (oil changes, filter replacements, visual and functional inspections); Carry out corrective maintenance on-site or in the workshop; Diagnose failures in engines, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems; Conduct repairs and replace parts (hoses, belts, valves, pistons, filters, etc.); Test equipment after service and release it safely; Ensure equipment available for rental is in perfect working condition, clean, and well-presented for customers. * **Basic requirements:** Technical course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields (preferred); Experience in machinery maintenance, preferably in rental or civil construction companies; Compensation: starting from R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
