Description: * Pursuing a degree in Production Engineering or related field. * Knowledge of production processes, reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, reading and interpreting electrical projects, and technical drawing preparation. * Proficiency in Office suite. * CAD software knowledge is desirable. * Participate in projects as a team member, aiming at continuous process improvement (Kaizen). * Support operational performance in plant production areas by identifying improvement opportunities and providing support for corrective and preventive actions. * Collaborate in specifying and verifying the proper use of equipment, materials, and labor to optimize production resources. * Assist in determining requirements for acquiring new equipment, machines, instruments, devices, and tools, as well as workforce adjustments. * Participate in the development of new products and processes, anticipating potential failures in the production process and suggesting improvements to enhance outcomes. * Support the development of relevant documentation such as Standardized Work Instructions, Process Flowcharts, among others, using them as a basis for decision-making. * Perform analysis and evaluation of fabrication projects and material lists, ensuring compliance with product specifications and equipment quality. * Work together with Product Engineering in analyzing and solving issues related to design and material specifications. 2511200202481841635
