Job Summary: Professional responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and managing building maintenance contracts, ensuring quality, deadlines, and process optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Management of building maintenance contracts and performance indicators. 2. Planning and execution of maintenance activities with focus on quality and deadlines. 3. Interface with clients, technical teams, and suppliers. Analyze and monitor building maintenance contracts, ensuring SLA compliance and achievement of performance indicators; Manage and handle corrective and preventive service requests, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables; Support field maintenance planning and execution, including interface with technical teams and suppliers; Prepare technical reports, performance indicators, and managerial presentations; Perform cost control, measurements, and support budgetary management of contracts; Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes and propose solutions; Act as the interface with clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of requirements; Support technical audits and ensure compliance with standards and procedures. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in building maintenance contracts, facilities management, or related areas; * Experience in service request management, work orders, and operational routines; * Experience in monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing managerial reports; * Experience in serving corporate clients is desirable. **Required Education:** * Required education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
