Job Summary: A multifunctional maintenance professional responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and inspecting equipment both on-site and at the yard, as well as delivering training. Key Highlights: 1. Complete handling of service calls and resolution of operational and technical faults. 2. Conducting incoming, outgoing, and preventive equipment inspections. 3. Comprehensive maintenance (hydraulic, electrical, electronic, mechanical, aesthetic). **Responsibilities:** Upon receiving a service call: Filter to determine whether the issue stems from customer operational error; if so, provide guidance. If not, devise a practical solution to resolve the call. If on-site maintenance is required, dispatch personnel promptly to resolve the issue and release the equipment as soon as possible.
