Job Summary: Perform electromechanical maintenance on robotic palletizing systems, including diagnosis and adjustments for various faults. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in industrial maintenance and robotics (diagnosis and adjustments) 2. Experience with pneumatics, vacuum systems, industrial mechanics and electricity 3. Performing adjustments and calibrations on robots and integrated systems **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree in Electromechanics or Mechatronics * Preferred: Industrial Automation course * Practical experience in: Industrial automation and maintenance, robotics (diagnosis and adjustments), pneumatics, vacuum systems, mechanics (shafts and bearings), industrial electricity (control panels and inverters), sensors, and PLCs (parameter setting and diagnostics). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform comprehensive electromechanical maintenance (corrective, preventive, and predictive) on robotic palletizing systems. * Diagnose faults in: * Industrial robots (axes, drivers, servo motors, soft limits) * Pneumatic grippers and vacuum systems * Motorized conveyors and AC/DC motors * Sensors and actuators * Electrical panels, inverters, and PLCs * Perform adjustments and calibrations: * Robot zero-point routine * Pickup/deposit positions * Pneumatic pressure and flow * Synchronization among robot, conveyors, and palletizer Minimum Education: Technical Course
