Be part of this transformation — apply today! **The Role** As a Senior Electromechanical Technician on our team, you will be responsible for: * Performing predictive, corrective, and preventive maintenance on equipment with focus and accuracy. * Ensuring equipment functionality; * Conducting inspections/verifications and equipment checks; * Performing corrective maintenance services and analyzing root causes of component failures. * Repairing and adjusting electromechanical equipment by reading, interpreting, and diagnosing defects using schematics, drawings, catalogs, electrical diagrams, and technical analysis and evaluation of equipment; * Planning, organizing, and controlling required activities within your shift/line relative to production routine. * Working in classified areas, adhering to area standards and procedures. * Understanding and interpreting maintenance indicators (breakdowns, MTBF, MTTR, extended component and equipment lifespans) to drive corrective actions and improve OEE. * Applying scientific thinking to implement/optimizing process and equipment improvements. **Qualifications** * Completed technical education in electrical, electromechanical, and/or automation fields; * Relevant professional experience in the field; * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate English; * SAP knowledge. * Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies: controllers, programming, gearboxes, sensors, transmissions, data analysis. * Familiarity with Lean tools: e.g., PDCA, A3, TPM, Kanban, Kaizen KPIs, 5S. * Experience working in clean areas. **Working at Novo Nordisk** Every day, we seek solutions to defeat serious chronic diseases.
