Focused on developing equipment and processes dedicated to environmental protection systems, Wtech is seeking a Production Assistant to work in Laguna. **Responsibilities:** * **Installation and Maintenance:** Assembly, repair, and diagnosis of electrical systems and components. * **Technical Reading and Testing:** Interpretation of diagrams and use of measurement instruments to ensure proper operation. * **Safety and Compliance:** Execution of services in accordance with technical standards (PPEs) and control recordkeeping. **Requirements:** * Completed High School and/or completed Technical Course. E.g., Electromechanical Technician or related fields. * Prior experience in maintenance, installation, and repair of electrical systems, especially in industrial environments. * Knowledge of electrical circuits, diagrams, and schematics, as well as practical understanding of installations and maintenance. * Proficiency with electrical tools and measurement equipment, such as multimeters, clamp meters, etc. * Willingness to travel nationwide. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **We Offer:** * CAJU meal card: R$600.00; * Transportation allowance; * Mobility assistance; * Life insurance; * Childcare assistance; * Day off; * Health plan (monthly fee covered by the company); * Dental plan; * Pharmacy benefits; * Attendance bonus: R$150.00; * Various celebrations: birthdays, themed months, internal marketing initiatives.
