We are seeking a professional to work as an **Industrial Electromechanical Technician** in **Sorocaba SP** **Key Responsibilities**: * Perform maintenance and operation of electromechanical systems: circuit breakers, valves, generators, fire pumps, fire alarm sensing systems, air conditioning, lighting and outlet systems, diesel oil tank refilling, waste draining, maintenance and adjustment of locks and hinges; * Carry out daily operational routines: checklists for electromechanical system inspections; * Enter data into the Computerized Maintenance Management System: Facilities Portal; * Daily input of maintenance-related information: incident logging; * Perform minor conservation repairs on facilities: cleaning and upkeep of environments, painting and lubrication, repair of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, replacement of luminaires and outlets, draining condensate from tanks, cleaning of facilities, installation of minor infrastructure; * Provide operational support for service providers’ activities: electrical power, refrigeration systems, fire alarm and suppression systems, automation systems, power generators, fire pumps; * Interest in consulting standards, manufacturer manuals, and technical literature. **Requirements**: * Technical education in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Mechanics, or related fields; * Experience in building electromechanical maintenance, including preventive and corrective maintenance and daily operational routines for systems and equipment such as generators, pumps, air-conditioning systems, electrical panels, lighting, hydraulic systems, and fire suppression systems; * Experience reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and technical manuals, as well as familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical equipment used in building installations. * Proficiency in using computers for maintenance planning and recordkeeping. **What We Offer?** * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Medical and Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Discounts on Courses and Universities; * Funeral Assistance; * Payroll-Deductible Loan (Itaú); * Psychological Support Program; * IVI – Emotional Care Platform; * Daycare Assistance (for mothers); * Newborn Assistance; * Monthly Health and Wellness Calendar; * Social Action Committee; * Diversity Agenda (in-person meetings, webinars, and diversity groups); * 3,000 LinkedIn Learning courses available; * Career development opportunities.
