We at **Bauminas** are seeking an **Electromechanical Technician** to join our team at the industrial unit in Luziânia \- Goiás.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform scheduled preventive electromechanical maintenance and corrective maintenance on plant electrical equipment and installations, such as: motors, pumps, gearboxes, electric hoists, valves, agitators, tanks, gas scrubbers, compressors, filters, power generators, hydraulic units, hydraulic cylinders, machining of parts, etc., and provide support for these services whenever requested, replacing components as necessary;
* Support maintenance and inspections of transformers and MCCs;
* Carry out minor renovations at the facility, such as installation of new mechanical and/or electrical systems, layout modifications, etc.;
* Support maintenance and inspections of pressure vessels and confined spaces, complying with the legal prerequisites established in NR\-13, NR\-33, and NR\-35;
* Perform maintenance and inspections on motors and electrical panels, general lighting, grounding systems; replace fuses, capacitors, cables; and install electrical components and equipment;
* Perform welding services;
* Repair fiberglass piping and tanks;
* Promote improvements and carry out minor renovations at the facility, such as installation of new electromechanical systems, layout modifications, etc.;
* Assist in pruning tree branches near electrical networks when necessary, preventing electrical incidents;
* Support the development and implementation of new electromechanical projects at the facility;
* Issue and close PTs (Work Permits), if authorized;
* Respect and uphold occupational safety and health requirements, as well as environmental aspects, ensuring compliance with Bauminas Group’s standards and policies, as described in the Code of Conduct, Compliance, and other applicable procedures;
* Clean and organize equipment and the workplace using the 5S methodology, aiming to maintain a suitable working environment for effective task execution and to prevent accidents and incidents;
* Comply with company criteria and procedures; use, preserve, and maintain in good condition all PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs) provided by the company; and respect and uphold all quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental requirements;
* Immediately report accidents, unsafe acts and/or conditions using the specific form, to ensure the integrity, health, and physical safety of all individuals involved in the process;
* Communicate relevant information regarding the work shift and tasks performed, recording it in the official meeting minutes logbook (ATA);
* Perform other related duties consistent with the nature of the role, upon request from the immediate supervisor;
* Report to the immediate supervisor whenever irregularities or opportunities for process improvement are observed.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Education: MEC-recognized certificate in Technical or Higher Education completed in Electromechanics or related fields. Active registration with the competent federal/regional professional council or body (e.g., CREA, CRT, CFT, etc.). Completed High School and Short-Term Professional Training Courses in Electromechanics or related fields;
* Professional experience: Minimum 6 months’ experience in the field or in entry-level positions is recommended;
* Essential knowledge: NR10 Basic and Complementary; Industrial electromechanical installations; Electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic control systems; Mechanics; Centrifugal and pneumatic pumps;
Recommended knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields; Safety practices outlined in NRs 11, 12, 13, 18, 33, and 35; Industrial painting; Welding; Rolling; 5S; Telemetry; Reading and interpretation of technical drawings.
