On a daily basis, you will: * Repair commercial vehicles; * Perform precise diagnostics on electrical and mechanical systems of Sprinter vans using appropriate tools and equipment. * Interpret electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams to identify faults and propose effective solutions. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical system components, ensuring maximum vehicle performance. * Conduct tests on equipment and systems, analyzing results to diagnose issues and implement improvements. * Maintain detailed records of services performed and diagnostics conducted, using service management software when necessary. * Provide technical support to other team members and guidance to customers regarding vehicle care and maintenance. * Comply with Star Class program requirements; * Perform preventive inspections according to the MBB plan; * Perform valve adjustments, removal of engine/transmission/differential, and repair driveshafts/u-joints; * Remove and repair pneumatic valves; * Inspect wheel hubs; * Repair steering systems; * Replace peripheral components and seals; * Repair clutch systems; * Perform advanced diagnostics on components; * Inspect reduction hubs, light differentials, and light, medium, and heavy-duty transmissions; * Disassemble and assemble light, medium, and heavy-duty engines; * Diagnose and repair light, medium, and heavy-duty engines; * Diagnose faults in pneumatic circuits on light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles; * Operate star diagnosis/advanced; * Diagnose and repair electronic engines; * Diagnose more complex problems; * Repair injection systems; * Perform advanced electrical repairs and solve highly complex electronic issues; * Work on-site as a technical support problem solver. * Prepare reports, assessments, and evaluations regarding services provided. 250917020225585004
