Job Summary: Designer responsible for developing and reviewing technical drawings of pressure vessels, performing calculations, preparing material lists, and validating designs. Key Highlights: 1. Interaction with engineers, suppliers, and customers Job Specification **Designer** **Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM, Monday to Friday** **Benefits:** Medical and dental insurance \- Transportation allowance (VT) \- Pharmacy benefits \- Life insurance – Basic food basket – On-site meals Salary range: R$ 5\.200,00 **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and review technical drawings of pressure vessels (dimensional, sectional, assembly, welding, etc.); * Perform thickness, design pressure, stress, and service life calculations according to ASME Section VIII Division 1 and/or 2, TEMA, API, and other applicable codes; * Prepare bills of materials (BOM) and technical specifications for procurement and manufacturing; * Validate designs for compliance with NR\-13 and other applicable standards; * Provide technical support and supervision during equipment fabrication, assembly, and inspection; * Interact with mechanical engineers, designers, suppliers, and customers to define technical scope; * Use software (AutoCAD, ZWCAD, Inventor, etc.) and calculation software such as Compress or similar tools; * Participate in technical analyses, design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Education Requirements:** * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, or Mechanical Engineering (a bachelor’s degree is preferred); **Requirements:** * Basic proficiency in Inventor; + Knowledge of ASME and TEMA standards + Knowledge of pressure vessels and heat exchangers * Familiarity with refrigeration equipment such as condensers, evaporators, suction accumulators, and liquid tanks Additional Information **Benefits** * Meal allowance (VR) * Transportation allowance (VT) Requirements and Skills **Education Level** * Completed technical education **Currently studying?** * Not applicable **Languages** * None specified
