Experience in coordinating teams and technical projects Responsibilities: Coordinate a team of five employees distributed across different work fronts; Monitor activity progress and ensure adherence to the project schedule; Perform and validate monthly contract measurements; Prepare technical and administrative reports; Support the contract manager in client interface activities; Ensure operational compliance with technical and safety standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Production, or related fields); Proven experience in coordinating teams and technical projects; Knowledge of contract measurements and technical reporting; Ability to manage deadlines, resources, and institutional communication; Previous experience in contracts with public agencies is desirable; Willingness to travel occasionally.
