Then this CONTRACT SUPERVISOR opportunity is for you: Responsibilities * Manage service contracts, ensuring process, personnel, resource, and cost management; * Manage KPIs by monitoring customer equipment maintenance indicators, such as equipment physical availability; * Ensure company assets are being used correctly and safely; * Support account managers and regional spare parts sales support representatives in regional-related demands; * Analyze, control, and report customer fleet performance, focusing on productivity improvement; * Responsible for financial analysis, results, and actions to ensure higher profitability; * Manage direct team, technically assessing and properly distributing tasks and responsibilities. Profile * Bachelor's degree completed – Engineering; * Permanent driver's license (CNH); * Technical English; * Intermediate Office package skills; * Experience in maintenance processes and operations of underground mining equipment; * Experience with drill rigs is desirable; * Extensive people management experience; * Ability to interpret equipment manuals, drawings, and catalogs; * Desirable knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, and metrology.
