We seek a professional to support the Continuous Improvement area in collecting, validating, and organizing manufacturing process data, ensuring the reliability of information regarding machine stoppages, scrap, and rework. Work on the factory floor to validate operational records with operators, support updating and organizing performance indicators, and participate in production process improvement initiatives. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What Are the Challenges?** * Collect, organize, and supply manufacturing process data related to performance indicators (Production Planning & Control, productivity, rework, scrap, and overweight), using control spreadsheets and data analysis tools. * Validate data recorded in operational forms and conduct verification weighings of production process losses. * Work alongside operators on the factory floor to verify correct classification of production reporting, machine stoppages, scrap, and rework. * Ensure availability and distribution of manufacturing forms across production areas, guaranteeing accurate recording of operational information. * Periodically update control spreadsheets and visual management boards displaying manufacturing indicators. * Support production areas in correctly completing operational data collection records and tools. * Assist in gathering and organizing data for investigating deviations related to losses, quality, productivity, and process variations. * Participate in Gemba walks and performance indicator review meetings on the factory floor. * Participate in production process improvement initiatives and small "Kaizens", supporting data collection and action follow-up. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Currently enrolled in the 3rd year of an undergraduate program in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. **Computer Skills:** Intermediate Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Interest in data analysis and performance indicators. * Basic knowledge of continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, or problem-solving tools). * Interest in industrial processes and manufacturing routines. * Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar) is desirable. **Additional Information** **What Cory Offers You:** * Internship Allowance * Gympass * On-site Restaurant * Monthly Cory Product Kit * Rest and Game Room * Life Insurance * Profit Sharing Program * Parking * Commuter Pass * Partnerships with Educational Institutions and Language Schools * Discount at Our Factory Store * Christmas Kit * Development Programs * Social and Diversity Programs At Cory, we believe that a diverse team fosters a more **inclusive, plural, and innovative** environment—and helps drive leadership in building a fairer and more equitable society.
