




Job Summary: A professional to plan, control, and monitor industrial construction projects, ensuring alignment across departments and adherence to schedules. Key Highlights: 1. Plan and control industrial construction projects. 2. Lead daily monitoring of the project's physical and financial progress. 3. Serve as an integration link among Engineering, Procurement, and Production. **Contract Type:** Individual Entrepreneur (PJ) **Compensation:** To be negotiated **Working Hours:** To be defined according to project schedules (full-time, Monday to Friday, with possible overtime and occasional travel as required by the project). **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and structure the **physical-financial schedule (baseline)** for the project, covering resources, labor, equipment, and procurement across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines. * **Monitor daily physical progress** of the project (Planned vs. Actual), measuring productivity and performance. * **Update and reschedule the timeline** whenever necessary, analyzing deviations, bottlenecks, and the critical path. * **Issue performance and progress reports**, presenting results to management and facilitating monitoring meetings. * **Act as an integration link** among Engineering, Procurement, and Production, ensuring cross-departmental alignment. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related fields). * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in planning and controlling industrial construction projects. * **Advanced proficiency in MS Project** (mandatory requirement). * Ability to **read and interpret technical drawings**. * Knowledge of **quantity take-offs** and **resource histograms**. * Willingness to travel and work on-site (construction projects). **Desirable Qualifications:** * Prior experience in **industrial erection, infrastructure, or agribusiness projects**. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent tasks. * Analytical, organized profile with a results-oriented mindset. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and systemic vision * Strong communication and technical leadership * Decision-making ability * Attention to detail and deadlines If you possess an analytical profile, experience in planning, and wish to work on challenging projects, send us your resume! **RHF Talentos – Primavera do Leste** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Driver’s License: Class B Willingness to Travel
