Job Summary: An engineering professional to work in planning, control, monitoring, and critical analysis of projects, with a focus on technical data management and construction supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Project management experience and technical documentation control. 2. Engineering disciplines: Production, Electrical, Civil, Planning, Automation, Instrumentation. 3. Performance indicator monitoring and risk management. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum of 03 (three) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services; * Microsoft Office suite. **EDUCATION** * **Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Planning Engineering, Automation Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conducting monthly measurements in the Measurement System; * Consolidating the contractor’s technical documents in the Document Management System (GED); * Supervising equipment testing; * Providing technical advisory support for analyzing contract occurrence records via RDO (Contract Occurrence Report); * Performing project-related tasks including verification and consolidation of calculation memoranda and instrument and valve data sheets within the instrumentation and automation discipline; * Tracking responses to Technical Information Requests (SITs) and Interface Requests (SINs); * Controlling and supervising completion of final product documentation (Data-Book and “as-built”); * Controlling and verifying Field Modification Reports (RMCs) and Non-Conformance Reports (RNCs) using an IT system; * Preparing technical documentation for procurement; * Preparing managerial reports and technical presentations to support decision-making; * Quantifying materials and resources based on project analysis and/or field surveys to support report and/or procurement document preparation; * Assessing completed and/or pending work related to remaining construction activities; * Monitoring and critically analyzing performance indicators; * Monitoring and documenting Lessons Learned and Best Practices during project execution; * Planning, implementing, controlling, and critically analyzing Checklists (LVs) using an IT system; * Conducting periodic meetings and interfacing with suppliers and designers; * Verifying the feasibility of the contractor’s schedule within the respective engineering discipline; * Reviewing information in reports and documents issued by the contractor to identify necessary corrections; * Reviewing documents issued by the Contractor; * Participating in planning audits of the management system and legal compliance; * Developing and reviewing, when required, detailed Physical and Financial Schedules and Curves; * Preparing justifications for physical and financial deviations of projects against annual and multi-year plans; * Extracting SAP and BW reports for project expenditure analysis; * Conducting studies and simulations of detailed schedules; * Identifying and managing the activity precedence network comprising the detailed Physical and Financial Schedule; * Defining and preparing analyses of labor, material, and equipment histograms; * Analyzing contractual technical documentation for Planning and Control of the project; * Presenting planning-related technical data in meetings and events; * Analyzing and integrating constructability; * Monitoring and controlling project, supply, and SMP planning information; * Developing and implementing Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) models; * Analyzing and studying project risk management; * Developing and implementing production scheduling monitoring and control processes; * Developing and implementing production scheduling monitoring and control processes for shutdown-related services per work shift; * Constructability (C&M/Engineering/Design – BIM); * Monitoring and controlling the contract’s financial schedule aligned with the price schedule and Financial WBS; * Conducting monthly reviews of Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, and Control practices to ensure consistency among documents issued by the CONTRACTOR, compliance with contractual requirements, and coherence with the status of activities at their respective execution sites; * Monitoring and controlling the CONTRACTOR’s performance indicators through the SIG (Integrated Management System); * Evaluating action plans for deviations in planning documents and monitoring and controlling implementation of corrective actions; * Developing annual and multi-year planning for portfolio projects; * Performing construction and installation activities including verification of receipt of commissionable items (data sheets, calibration and parametrization certificates, instruments, and conformity certificates); comments recorded via the GED tool in Inspection and Receipt Reports (RIR) issued by the Quality discipline of the contractor; * Activities related to progress of Fields II (Receipt Inspection) and III (Mechanical Inspection) of FVI (Item Verification Sheet), via the FIC tool; verification of Field V of FVM (Functional Tests of all Instrumentation and Automation); * Supervising Static and Dynamic Tests of communication networks (Foundation Fieldbus; Profibus; Modbus; Ethernet); * Supervising and validating Loop Tests; * Supervising execution of site maintenance, preservation, and equipment inspection services; * Analyzing impacts of design changes; * Providing technical support for assessing feasibility of design optimizations; * Supporting compliance with contractual requirements during execution of engineering, construction, installation, commissioning, and start-up services; * Providing technical advisory support for analyzing contract occurrence records via RDO (Contract Occurrence Report); * Providing technical advisory support for controlling and verifying Technical Information Requests (SITs) related to detailed engineering and interfaces with technical disciplines; * Tracking responses to Technical Information Requests (SITs) and Interface Requests (SINs); * Controlling and supervising completion of final product documentation (Data-Book and “as-built”); * Controlling and verifying Field Modification Reports (RMCs) and Non-Conformance Reports (RNCs) using the provided IT system;
