Job Summary: This professional will assist the construction supervisor, perform loading/unloading, prepare construction sites, carry out maintenance and cleaning of equipment and structures, and ensure compliance with procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Assist the construction supervisor as required. 2. Perform general maintenance on equipment and structures. 3. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1 hour and 12 minute lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Assist the construction supervisor as required; * Load and unload construction materials; * Prepare construction sites and clean work areas; * Perform minor maintenance on equipment; * Conduct general maintenance on structures; * Clean machinery and tools; * Inspect operating conditions and repair any mechanical defects in machinery and tools; * Ensure compliance with departmental procedures and work instructions. **Requirements:** Preferred Qualification: Experience in residential construction projects. **Benefits:** No benefits reported
