Job Summary: Professional responsible for purchasing and negotiating parts, components, and materials for industrial maintenance and civil construction, with a focus on reducing emergency purchases. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic negotiation with specialized suppliers 2. Analysis of requisitions and issuance of purchase orders 3. Reduction of emergency purchases and planning * Purchase parts, components, industrial maintenance supplies, tools, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical materials, and civil construction materials. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, quantities, and commercial terms with specialized suppliers. * Analyze internal requisitions, verify technical specifications with the requesting department, and issue purchase orders. * Conduct and maintain updated quotation processes. * Monitor delivery of purchased materials, proactively addressing delays and renegotiating timelines or quantities when necessary. * Reduce emergency purchases through consumption planning and monitoring.
