Focus on safety, quality, and productivity **Position: \*Team Supervisor I\*** **Desired Profile:** * Advantage: Residing in the State of Rio Grande do Sul is an advantage * Required: Technical or undergraduate education (in progress or completed) * Availability for rotating shift schedules: 5x2 or 21x2\. * Willingness to travel, stay in accommodations, and reside on-site. * Required experience leading civil or electrical construction teams. * Driver’s License Category B * Experience in civil and electrical electromechanics **Work Schedule:** * 5x2 – For candidates residing in the city where the project is located or nearby cities (We have openings in several cities in Southern Brazil) * 21x2 for candidates residing in the State of Rio Grande do Sul. * 90x10 for candidates residing in other states. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18 Further details will be explained during the interview. **\*Responsibilities:\*** * Supervise field teams executing various activities, including foundations, electromechanical installations, cable laying, commissioning, and inspections of transmission line and substation structures; provide technical guidance on all activities relevant to CPFL Serviços’ scope of work. Lead and supervise service execution, verifying scheduling and on-site production. Cover for supervisors during their vacations when necessary. Work across all areas and regions of Brazil where CPFL Serviços holds contracts and provides services. Plan activities and supervise project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Prepare switching and equipment isolation plans together with the supervisor; * Guide work fronts according to project specifications regarding on-site activity execution, ensuring team safety, quality, and productivity. * Operate company vehicles and ensure, per GEDs (task manuals), proper use of vehicles, machinery, and equipment under their responsibility by field teams. * Manage working hours of their team (work front) in compliance with Brazilian labor legislation. Ensure all team members perform on-site activities in accordance with CPFL Serviços’ internal procedures. Monitor equipment calibration inspections, dielectric testing, and condition assessments of equipment and tools. * Collaborate with the field team (work front) to prepare preliminary risk analyses (PRAs) for all activities. * Conduct daily safety dialogues (DDS) on-site, focusing on health, safety, and operational procedures. Ensure correct usage and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) by the field team (work front), and demarcate and signal the work area to safeguard third parties. * Conduct and supervise, when necessary, detailed inspections of transmission lines and high-altitude equipment installation to ensure compliance with technical specifications outlined in the project. * Provide technical guidance to the operational team on-site, sharing knowledge effectively. * Develop switching and equipment isolation plans for electrical equipment in collaboration with the site supervisor.
