




Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring maintenance activities, field surveys, technical support to architects and engineers, and development of building services projects. Advisory services to architects and engineers with drawings and reports Work Routine: - Monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance activities and preparation of service execution reports; - Conducting field surveys in buildings, monitoring planned vs. actual work; - Material quantity survey; - Providing advisory services to architects and engineers, including drawings, surveys, quantification, and technical reports; - Supporting the development of building services projects (electrical, plumbing, fire prevention and suppression, mechanical); - Analysis of technical proposals and preparation of reports and spreadsheets; support in the development and analysis of 2D projects. Requirements: - Driver's license category B - Experience in developing building services projects. - Proficiency in 2D and 3D software, such as AutoCAD and Revit. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). - Proactivity. - Knowledge of Revit. Salary: To be negotiated. Benefits: Meal allowance R$ 33.40 + transportation allowance. Employment type: CLT.
