




Job Summary: A professional to lead industrial development projects, conduct process studies, prepare budgets, and analyze technical requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Budget preparation and technical drawing analysis **Responsibilities:** * Lead industrial development and budgeting projects, analyzing processes, investments, and technical feasibility. * Conduct process studies and simulations for stamping and welding (resistance, TIG, MIG, and MAG) using AutoForm and SolidWorks, focusing on mitigating process and product risks. * Prepare and present budgets during Sourcing meetings with Executive Management, leadership, and customers. * Analyze technical drawings and customer-specific requirements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in product development, budgeting, and project management. * Knowledge of stamping, tooling, and cost analysis. * GD\&T and ability to read/interpret technical drawings. * Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001\. * Proficiency in engineering software and Excel. * Advanced English proficiency.
