We are looking for a **Store Administrative Assistant** to join the **Loja do Mecânico** team, focusing on **assisting with general store demands.** **What you will do here:** * Operate the cash register for sales recording, handle the system, verify change, organize documents, check authenticity of received payments, provide end-of-shift reports with cash closing, and conduct reconciliations with leadership whenever necessary. * Support the Multichannel Leader in unloading products arriving from distribution centers. * Monitor product and invoice verification, product transfers, picking, restocking, invoicing, and merchandise placement in the showroom, reporting inconsistencies to the Multichannel Leader, Supervisor, and/or Store Manager. * Print and remove promotional posters from the Showroom on a weekly basis. * Perform pickup service (website and store): verify products, packing lists, stamp, test electrical products, deliver, and finalize orders. * Conduct post-sales follow-up: phone calls to customers who haven't picked up their products within the designated pickup timeframe. * Operate the pallet jack forklift when necessary in the store, moving products and maintaining care over this work tool. * Ensure proper care of equipment used in inventory (computers, printers, scanners, and forklifts), reporting maintenance needs when required. * Restock merchandise whenever necessary. * Carry out daily inventories and investigate any discrepancies. * Perform additional tasks as requested by leadership. * Attend internal training sessions whenever requested by leadership. **What we're looking for:** * High school diploma (completed) **Desired qualifications:** * Microsoft Office Suite * Computer literacy ✨ **What we offer:** CLT employment contract Medical insurance with co-payment, extended to dependents Dental insurance Flexible benefits Transportation allowance Birthday day off Extended maternity and paternity leave Minimum Education Requirement: High School (2nd Degree)
