**Application Engineering Coordinator** --------------------------------------------- ### **About the position** Sicflux is seeking an Application Engineering Coordinator to strategically operate at the interface among engineering, sales, product development, and the market. The professional will be responsible for technical leadership of the team, strengthening the brand with customers and specifiers, and supporting innovation and automation initiatives. ### **Responsibilities** * Manage the distribution of team support activities across regions of Brazil and export markets; * Act as the interface between manufacturing and sales; * Implement close team management, promoting technical mentoring and individual support; * Manage schedules for events, trade shows, seminars, and business trips; * Develop technical and commercial content; * Participate in industry associations and events; * Control departmental budget, expenses, and travel costs; * Contribute to new product development and commercial strategies; * Coordinate activities related to trade shows and events; * Support projects related to automation, sensors, drives, and software; * Conduct technical and commercial visits to construction companies and engineering project firms; * Strengthen relationships with specifiers and engineering firms; * Perform on-site technical visits for product evaluation when necessary. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation; * Minimum 5 years of experience in projects, installation, manufacturing, or applied engineering; * Experience in technical management or team leadership; * Knowledge of industrial automation is considered a plus; * Strong communication skills and a consultative mindset; * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally. ### **Additional information** * Preference for candidates residing in São Paulo; * National and international scope (Brazil, LATAM, and parts of the USA); ### **Behavioral profile** * Leadership; * Organization; * Communication; * Strategic vision; * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Proactivity; * Analytical ability. ### **Employment type:** PJ (Individual Entrepreneur / Self-employed) ### **Department:** Sales
