Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes Job Description: Truck bodywork and painting company We are seeking a professional responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction after service completion at the workshop, monitoring service quality and ensuring all requests are handled promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities: Greet and follow up with customers after service or product purchase; **Contact customers post-service to assess satisfaction and service quality;** Record feedback, complaints, and suggestions in systems or spreadsheets; **Escalate and track solutions for any issues with relevant departments;** Support technical and sales teams in resolving pending matters; **Monitor satisfaction metrics and prepare after-sales reports;** Promote customer relationship and loyalty initiatives; **Assist in generating performance reports and metrics for the department;** Support leadership in analyzing service quality; **Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service and workshop processes;** Support sales and administrative teams on customer-related matters; **Deliver vehicles to customers technically, thoroughly explaining performed services and technical recommendations;** Verify service execution with the customer prior to vehicle release; **Ensure all repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities are accurately recorded;** Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Logistics. Preferred: Customer service and after-sales training courses. Minimum experience: 2 years as an After-Sales Analyst or Technical Delivery Specialist in medium- or large-sized companies. Strong data analysis capability; **Customer focus and service quality;** Advanced negotiation skills; **Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;** ERP system experience; **Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency;** Indicator development Resident of Sumaré and surrounding areas.
