If you seek an opportunity to enter the promising field of Biotechnology and Bioprocesses through biomanufacturing facilities, this position is for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate equipment used in part finishing processes (polishing, brushing, deburring, sanding, grinding, and grinding). * Inspect tools for wear and verify suitability for use. * Maintain machines, tools, and the workplace clean, safe, and organized. * Correctly utilize information from Production Orders and other relevant documents. * Verify, inspect, and perform quality control of parts according to Production Orders. * Complete production and quality records. * Immediately report any nonconformity or emerging trend to the department supervisor. * Segregate and identify nonconforming materials, and properly identify and store processed materials. * Strictly comply with all company administrative, quality, and safety standards. * Contribute to colleagues’ training, supporting onboarding and technical training of new team members. **Technical Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields is preferred. * Proven experience in finishing processes for cast parts (minimum 3 years in the role). * Solid knowledge of metrology, reading and interpreting technical drawings, and geometric tolerances. * Proficiency in operating and adjusting deburring, sanding, polishing, and surface treatment equipment. * Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO, Good Manufacturing Practices) and occupational safety regulations. * Proficiency in using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, hardness testers, etc.). * Ability to use digital tools for data entry, report completion, and accessing technical procedures. **Behavioral Requirements** * ?
