Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and duties** **The key challenges as a** ***SALESFORCE SPECIALIST – AGENTFORCE*** **are:** * Lead the squad building and evolving AgentForce and Bot applications, focusing on AI and LLMs—from prototype to scaled production; * Ensure robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions; * Serve as the technical reference for the team—sharing knowledge and inspiring innovation; * Collaborate closely with engineering, data, design, and business teams to co-create impactful digital products; * Introduce and test new ideas, frameworks, and technologies—especially those centered on Artificial Intelligence; * Support continuous evolution of our architecture and engineering practices; * Adapt to changes driven by rapid technological evolution; * Mentor individuals on hard skills and innovation culture; * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver products and manage business expectations; * Manage technical complexity of products—ensuring optimal architectural design; * Guarantee collaboration among data, engineering, and design teams on prioritized deliveries and post-launch follow-up; * Conduct PDCA and Kaizen cycles for continuous improvement of architecture, engineering, and the team assigned to these products. **Requirements and qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Completed degree in technology or related fields; * Knowledge of AgentForce and Salesforce Bots; * Solid expertise in Apex and Node.js; * Experience leading high-performance teams; * Strong technical background—the Specialist must possess solid software engineering fundamentals as well as core principles of artificial intelligence; * Knowledge of CI/CD; * Knowledge of LLMs; * Hands-on experience with agentic IDEs using SDD (e.g., Kiro, Cursor, Antigravity); * Experience with automated testing; * Effective communication skills—able to engage across diverse business areas; * Familiarity with best practices and standards—knowledge and promotion of sound software engineering, AI architecture, and design practices to ensure code is robust, scalable, and maintainable; * Business acumen—solid understanding of the digital product’s business goals and how AI can add value. **Preferred qualifications:** * Knowledge of Python; * Knowledge of Cloud platforms—AWS and/or Azure. **Additional information** Work location: Remote.
