INCLUDING YOURS.** **Responsibilities and duties** **The main challenges as a** ***PYTHON DEVELOPER*** **are:** * Adapting to changes due to the constant evolution of technologies; * Ensuring quality and performance of deliverables; * Mentoring people in terms of hard skills and innovation culture; * Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on product delivery and managing business expectations; * Managing technical complexity of products, ensuring the architecture is optimally designed; * Ensuring collaboration between data, engineering, and design teams on prioritized deliveries and post-launch monitoring; * Conducting PDCAs and Kaizens for continuous improvement in Architecture, Engineering, and the team assigned to these products. **Requirements and qualifications** **We are looking for professionals with:** * Completed higher education; * Solid Technical Experience: The specialist must have a strong technical foundation, understanding both software engineering aspects and fundamental artificial intelligence principles. * Knowledge of Cloud – AWS & Azure; * Knowledge of CI/CD; * Knowledge of LLM; * Strong knowledge of Python; * Experience with automated testing; * Effective communication: Ability to communicate with different business areas; * Knowledge of Best Practices and Standards: Familiarity with and promotion of best practices in software engineering, AI architecture, and design, ensuring code is robust, scalable, and easy to maintain. * Business Vision: Solid understanding of the business objectives of the digital product being developed and how artificial intelligence can add value. **Differentials considered:** * Previous experience working with AI at another company. * Previous experience at an education company. **Additional information** Work Location: Remote Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm, with flexibility option from 8am to 5pm. **At YDUQS you will find:** * **Scholarships** of up to 100% for employees, legal dependents, and associates (parents and siblings).
