Acts as the brand guardian, leading institutional, internal, and digital communication initiatives, as well as managing content creation, brand partnerships, and interfaces with suppliers and agencies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and implement the company’s branding and communications strategy, aligned with business objectives; * Ensure correct application of positioning, visual identity, tone of voice, and brand narrative across all channels; * Coordinate institutional, internal, and external communications; * Lead content production for social media, institutional campaigns, and brand materials; * Manage creative projects, including briefing, scheduling, approvals, and quality control of deliverables; * Serve as the main point of contact in relationships with agencies, creative suppliers, and co\-branding partners; * Evaluate strategic partnership and co\-branding opportunities, ensuring alignment with brand strategy; * Collaborate closely with Product, Trade Marketing, Growth, Customer Service/CRM, and Projects teams; * Monitor brand and communications performance metrics (engagement, reach, voice consistency, reputation); * Guide, develop, and monitor the performance of the team under their responsibility; * Ensure organization of processes, workflows, and documentation related to branding and communications. **Minimum Experience:** 4–6 years in branding, communications, marketing, or related fields. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Social Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Design, or related fields; * Preferred Qualification: Postgraduate degree or specialization in Branding, Marketing, Strategic Communication, or Brand Management is considered a plus. * Experience with task and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday or similar). **Professional Qualifications / Specific Courses:** * Branding and brand management; * Institutional communication and storytelling; * Content marketing and social media; * Creative project and process management; * Fundamentals of digital and performance marketing.
