If this environment resonates with you, join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** **What Awaits You in This Challenge:** * Draft and develop press releases (pre-, during-, and post-event), including language review and adaptation per project requirements. * Request and oversee the production of communication assets (online and offline), ensuring deadlines, versions, and alignment with strategy. * Monitor the Key Visual (KV) approval workflow with clients and the incentive team, organizing revisions, feedback, and final versions. * Request and oversee production of team uniforms/shirts and other project communication/identification items. * Hire and coordinate photographers and filmmakers/videomakers for event coverage, including briefing, script/capture alignment, and deliverables. * Monitor and organize photographic and audiovisual records (quality, coverage, key moments, sponsor/client deliverables, project evidence). * Upload and organize photos and videos into the shared network/Drive folder, ensuring standardization, naming conventions, subfolders by phase/city, and accessibility for other teams. * Support evidence organization for reporting and accountability (where applicable), ensuring material consistency and traceability. **Required Qualifications and Skills:** * Degree in Social Communication, Journalism, or related fields; * Prior experience in project/event communications (content, material production, and supplier interface). * Strong writing skills and ability to produce institutional and press-related texts (press releases, notes, captions). * Organizational skills to handle multiple simultaneous requests and approvals (version control, deadlines, checklists). * Experience hiring and managing creative suppliers (photography and video). * Proficiency in basic tools: Google Drive/OneDrive, Docs, Spreadsheets, and organizational tools (Trello/Asana/Notion—or similar). **Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):** * Experience with incentive-based projects and evidence/documentation routines. * Familiarity with agency/designer workflows (request, briefing, revision, finalization). * Basic understanding of content direction for coverage (briefing, framing, essential deliverables, capture for reporting). **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Clear communication, sense of urgency, and attention to detail * Proactivity and ability to “make things happen” * Strong organizational skills (deadlines, folders, naming conventions, routines) * Ease of interaction with internal teams, clients, and suppliers **Core Competencies:** * Ownership Mindset * Prioritization Sense * Active Listening * Problem Solving * Innovation **Additional Information** This is a fully on-site position based in Freguesia do Ó — São Paulo — SP **\#joinus** We are a company that believes **every dream begins with a desire, a project, and a purpose.** We believe in content and information, but we are convinced that nothing surpasses experience.
