Job Summary:
Professional to manage contracts with public agencies, coordinate internal teams, crisis communication plans, and serve as the primary interface with clients.

**What will you do?**
* Manage an important contract with a public agency on a day-to-day basis;
* Plan, coordinate, and execute crisis communication plans;
* Serve as the primary interface with the client's team;
* Coordinate internal teams and contract deliverables;
* Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and technical compliance;
* Support the preparation of reports, plans, and post-crisis evaluations;
* Act as the contract representative when designated.

* Constant interface with clients exhibiting high institutional complexity;

* Ensuring full compliance with the Terms of Reference.
**What are the requirements?**
* Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields;
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint;
* Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in crisis communication management and execution;
* Experience in institutional communication, stakeholder management, and reputational crises;
* Strong organizational, leadership, and articulation skills.
