In our daily work, the spirit of collectivity is present in every action, contributing to everyone’s success—because here, **We Make a Better World Together**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop visual arts for advertisements and printed materials; * Support the organization of events and campaigns conducted by the Cooperative; * Serve as liaison with marketing agencies and other suppliers in this area; * Produce institutional texts, communication materials, newsletters, and other relevant content for this role; * Support internal communication channels and endomarketing campaigns and initiatives; * Support live broadcasts; * Manage the Cooperative’s promotional items; * Handle offline media, including contact with radio stations and outdoor media suppliers, budget preparation and control; * Assist in scriptwriting for radio spots and monitor payment processes; * Capture images and edit videos; * Perform other duties related to this position; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro; * Brazilian National Driver’s License (Category B); * Preferred educational background in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Design, or related fields. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Meal and Food Allowance (Flash); * Nationwide Unimed Health Plan; * Uniodonto Dental Plan; * Private Pension Plan; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Education Assistance; * Extended Maternity/Paternity Leave. **Variable Compensation:** * Semi-annual Profit-Sharing Program (PPR).
