Produce content for internal and external marketing, manage the company's visual identity, and demonstrate leadership.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Main Activities:
DESIGN
* Produce print materials (notebooks, business cards, stickers, banners, flyers, manuals, etc);
* Execute graphic visual programming;
* Edit images;
* Operate image processing procedures;
* Create PowerPoint presentations;
* Produce portfolios;
* Produce proposals;
* Design signs and murals;
* Create logos.
INTERNAL MARKETING (ENDOMARKETING)
* Produce informational bulletins;
* Design digital birthday and work anniversary cards;
* Create welcome cards for onboarding new partners;
* Create reintegration cards for employees returning from vacation;
* Produce invitations for internal events;
* Produce organizational charts;
* Layout quarterly newspapers.
SOCIAL MEDIA
* Create graphics for scheduled social media posts.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Design or Communications.
Experience:
1 year (preferred).

* Visual acuity;

* Photoshop;
* PowerPoint;
* Basic knowledge of Corel Draw;
* Basic video editing knowledge.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Relevant work experience;
Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Design, or Marketing;
Experience with Corel Draw, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Canva, and other similar tools;
Preferred ability to produce videos and social media content;
Portfolio required.
