This professional will play a key role in supporting the execution of internal and external communication strategies, contributing to strengthening the company’s culture, reputation, and institutional positioning. It is an excellent opportunity for those looking to grow within a global, diverse, and collaborative corporate environment. **How you will make an impact:** * Production and revision of institutional content for different channels (internal announcements, newsletters, intranet, presentations, support materials). * Support the development and execution of corporate and internal communication campaigns. * Contribute to the organization and execution of corporate events and institutional initiatives. * Interface with vendors and agencies, monitoring budgets, deadlines, and deliverables. * Conduct news monitoring, media clipping, and basic communication metrics tracking. * Ensure correct application of visual identity, tone of voice, and brand guidelines. * Provide administrative support for Communications department activities, including: budget management support (recording, monitoring, and control); initiating and tracking requisitions, purchase orders, and internal processes; interfacing with internal departments. * Maintain frequent interaction with local and regional leadership, as well as global and multidisciplinary teams, participating in meetings with internal and external stakeholders—including status updates, alignment sessions, and project discussions—under leadership guidance. * Collaborate with internal departments to identify and organize communication needs. * Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing, or related fields; * 1–2 years of experience in Internal Communications; * Excellent written communication skills in Portuguese; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Fluent English (reading and writing); * Spanish is considered a plus; * Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and attention to deadlines; * Experience in multinational companies or complex corporate environments (desirable); * Basic knowledge of design tools, CMS, or digital platforms (desirable). **All our job openings are also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).
