Optimize product SEO and generate sales reports Position: E\-commerce Analyst – Retentores Sorocaba Job Description The professional will be responsible for structuring and organizing the company's e\-commerce, ensuring all products are correctly registered and customers have a clear, fast, and efficient experience. Responsibilities * Register products (dimensions, materials, photos, technical specifications). * Organize categories and standardize information. * Maintain price tables and store updates. * Create easy-to-understand technical descriptions. * Monitor orders, inquiries, and online customer support. * Optimize product SEO (facilitate search by dimensions). * Generate sales and store performance reports. * Support the company's digital strategies. ⸻ Requirements * Experience with e\-commerce platforms (Tray, Nuvemshop, Loja Integrada, Shopify, etc.). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Basic SEO knowledge. * Familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets). * Strong written communication skills. * Prior experience with technical or industrial products is desirable. ⸻ Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in the industrial sector is preferred. * Knowledge of digital marketing. * Basic design skills (Canva / Photoshop). ⸻ Work Model * On-site in Sorocaba – SP. * Business hours. ⸻ Suggested Salary Range R$ 2\.200 to R$ 3\.200 (depends on candidate's experience and autonomy) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.200,00 \- R$3\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Commercial discount agreements
